CHANGEGEAR 9 SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Please review the minimum system requirements prior to installation to ensure a successful deployment.

Server Requirements

• Operating System: Windows Server 2016 or higher
• Processor: Intel Xeon, AMD, or equivalent Quad-Core or higher
• Memory: 32 GB or higher
• Disk Space: 256 or higher
• Web Server (IIS): Internet Information Server (IIS) 10, Authentication Role Services
• Database: Microsoft SQL Server 2016, 2017, or 2019 (separate server with same requirements recommended)
• Microsoft .NET Framework: Microsoft .NET 4.8
• Supported Virtual Environments: Microsoft Hyper-V, VMWare vSphere

Client Requirements

• Operating System: Windows 7 Professional or higher (Windows 10 recommended)
• Processor: Intel Xeon, AMD, or equivalent Quad-Core or higher
• Memory: 8 GB minimum / 16GB recommended for running multiple browser tabs
• Browser: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari (iOS)
• Microsoft .NET Framework: Microsoft .NET 4.8

Supported Configurations

• Email: Exchange Web Services (OAuth 2.0 and Basic), POP3/SMTP
• Directory Services: Microsoft Active Directory, ADFS 2.0, 2.1, 3.0, Single Sign-On (SSO) with SAML 2.0

External Reporting

• Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS): Supports linking directly to SSRS reports from Microsoft SQL Server (all supported versions)

• Memory: 32 GB additional
